Your responsibilities :

• Carry out all the necessary operations for the preparation of the payroll using Employer D;
• Review timesheets;
• Participate in the organization of internal events;
• Carry out labor movements on the CCQ website;
• Enroll employees in group insurance;
• Maintain the RRSP / DPSP file;
• Ensure the management and follow-up of disability / CNESST files with the concerned authorities;
• Maintain and update the pay equity file;
• Act as a resource person for payroll supervisors and employees regarding the collective agreement as well as HR policies, laws and applicable government regulations;
• Support supervisors in the management of disciplinary files;
• Oversee training and internal communication;
• Participate in performance management and succession development organizational development activities as well as training;
• Carry out all the recruitment steps for every position in the organization;
• Clerical tasks such as keeping spreadsheets up to date, sending memos, filing, etc .;
• Share company values while actively listening to employees and supervisors;
• Any other related tasks.

• AEC or DEC in administration or human resources or payroll compliance training or other training in a related field
• Mastery of the Office Suite

• Knowledge of payroll governed by the CCQ (asset)

Salary : Between $ 50,000 to $ 65,000 per year

Flexible schedule: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
